Annnddd, that is a wrap for the remainder of 2021! With having a few highs and lows so far this year, our Knights have persevered, and we couldn’t be more proud of our students. As we navigate through some obstacles, adjust to the new normal and celebrate accomplishments, KHMS has stayed kind, compassionate and stronger than ever! It is always our utmost priority to keep our students and staff healthy and safe. We hope you all have a wonderful winter break. Although our staff will be with their own families during the holiday season, please know our extended KHMS family is always in our thoughts and hearts.
Wishing you all peace, love, and good health for 2022!

A friendly reminder, if you could please call ahead to excuse your child for an appointment that is during school hours. We like to refrain from interrupting class as much as possible. Please call the attendance line (616) 785-3225 or email, email@example.com. This email is another way to communicate your students' absence, early leave time, or late arrivals as well! *Covid absences do not go against attendance records.

Oxford Strong: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SYtl5116M9NY8VuTFZdQB1vgfTJaULjEAHroJB-BpH4/edit
The MS Social Studies Department along with our counseling staff hosted an Oxford/Kenowa Strong activity. The students created sympathy cards for the Oxford school community, and they also designed activities promoting the health and safety of our own Kenowa community. Posters with positive messages of self-care, mental health awareness, anti-bullying slogans, and requests to report violence went up around the school hallways. They are a great reminder to all students that together, we stand strong!
Our Personal Mastery educational experience has redefined education and has gained attention around the state and nation. Personal Mastery provides your child with personalized attention from teachers. Instead of teaching to a broad group of students without understanding of their individual strengths and weaknesses, Personal Mastery allows teachers to interact with students individually or in small groups to help them better address their weaknesses. In this way, we strive to help your child reach their full potential.PERSONAL MASTERY SPECIAL EDUCATION ENGLISH LEARNERS TECHNOLOGY IN THE CLASSROOM
